Attention: To align with new corporate security policies, and to match policies adopted by other communities within Oracle, the My Oracle Support Community access requirements will change beginning September 18, 2025. MOSC will now require that member accounts in our community be associated to a *corporate* email address. Hi everyone,

I am creating an inspection characteristic with the minimum value of "4,6".

However, it automatically rounds up to 5 (the example format is set to #,##0.###).

How can I change the format set? is it possible to change it?
