Oracle Workflow Builder installation for Windows11

Hi,

I have installed workflow builder 2.6.3.5 in window 11. The workflow launches and everything looks normal, but I am not able to edit or create new workflow.

I have installed it in compatibility mode, path is set in environment variable. But it is just read only.

Any help/lead is appreciated.
