Attention: To align with new corporate security policies, and to match policies adopted by other communities within Oracle, the My Oracle Support Community access requirements will change beginning September 18, 2025. PeopleSoft Wire payment method for voucher receiving invalid layout code error

Hi

we recently added wire payment method to 3 of our business units. Prior to adding wire option, all 3 had ACH & CHK payment options.

When trying to process a voucher with wire option for one of the 3 business units we receive the following error

We also added wire option to 6 other business units that only have ACH & WIR & do not receive that message.

We are looking for differences between the entities but have only come up with the payment method options being different & including CHK.
