Attention: To align with new corporate security policies, and to match policies adopted by other communities within Oracle, the My Oracle Support Community access requirements will change beginning September 18, 2025. My client is transitioning from JRNL1.xls to JRNL1_WS and is having several issues.

Most uploads seem to be taking a little longer. I know that's subjective, but that's the general feeling. Is this typical?
When pulling the new files from the Home directory, we find JrnlLog, the file the log is being written to for some users. Shouldn't this always be GLLOG.xlt? Why is the VB code in JRNLMCRO_WS.xlam pointing to JrnlLog?
