Social Insurance and Employer Charges Not Picking Up Department-Level Costing
We have provided costing for all elements, including social insurance and employer charges, at the department level. While other elements, such as standard earnings, are correctly picking up costing codes from department-level setups, the social insurance and employer charge elements are not. They are instead taking costing at the payroll level. We need Oracle Support to investigate why these specific elements are not picking up the costing codes from department-level costing as expected, while all others are functioning correctly.
