In the Oracle Advanced Collections module is there any inbound email capability?
I need some information regarding Oracle Advanced Collections, which we currently use as our primary debt collection tool and have configured using Strategies as our collections method.
I have been asked by our business stakeholders to find out what, if any, inbound email capability there is in the Advanced Collections module. Specifically, we are looking for a solution to address the following key areas:
Ability to capture automatic replies - When a message is sent via Oracle and hits an out of office reply – the solution must be able to accept the automatic reply and present this to the user.
