Question - Adding a Change Order to PO Through P4310

Hello,

I'm trying to review the Change Order functionality as it applies to Purchase Orders. I've found some older documentation that refers to adding Change Orders via P4310 through a Row Exit, but that exit doesn't seem to be available anymore. I've reviewed Doc# 625539.1 that outlines the difference between Order Revisions and Change Orders for POs but I'm not sure if this is still relevant.

Is there any current documentation that clearly outlines how Change Orders can be utilized as part of the Purchasing process?
