Oracle running Create User tasks on revoked account

Hi all,

I have an active user who had a revoked AD account. It got stuck on System Validation so I manually set the account to revoked and let Eval Policy re-evaluate the access policy and it created a new one. This is all fine but what I discovered is that OIM is still trying to run the Create User task, albiet in a hidden way.
The Resource History has "System Validation Completed" but that's it. Yet OIM does run the task for Create user, it just doesn't do anything with it. Any ideas why?
