Insight Dashboards Filtering

Is there a way currently to save Insight filters for quick reuse without changing the delivered Insight? This would be similar to the Save Searches functionality on pages (ie Find an Existing Value on the Create/Update Journal Entries Page).

Example - The Ledger and Base Currency filters are added almost 80% of the time when the Financial Performance Analysis Insight is used. Is there a way that a user can save "a favorite" or various "filter combinations" so they can quickly click this link to have the filters "auto-populate" vs re-entering the fields each time?
