Facing Java Null Pointer issue while opening ASCP Workbench form

Hello All,

We are facing Java Null Pointer issue while opening any form from ASCP (E-Business Suite) application.

This is after Java upgrade we have performed as a part of vulnerability.

Current JAVA is jdk1.8_431.

EBS version: 12.2.10

We have validated all the necessary configurations with respect to Java to fix the issue, but issue still persist.

Request your support to get this fixed.

Please find attached null pointer pop-up message for your reference.

Also, we are trying to attach the logs for further analysis, *.txt file is not getting attached to this discussion.
