Multiple Attachment Functionality

We have applied the Multi-Attachment Functionality in a Developement database. We see the effect on Fluid Banking pages.

Where can we find details for where the Multi-Attachment functionality is applied?

We used the Multiple Attachement page to update the Attachment Limit, returned to the Banking page and we were able to add more than the limit. Is this page only a warning message or is there supposed to be a check during the add step to limit the users from adding too many attachments at once?
