PeopleSoft session time out during attachment

Hello, we are seeing this issue happen more often. When a user tries to attach a file it spins and after few seconds, it timed-out. This is not consistent but very sporadic. It works fine in most cases. That tells me the code and process is good. It is not file size, attachments are as small as 10mb are also failing. We are loading these attachments into database table. User clean cache and at times reboots laptop.

We checked timeout settings and it all seemed ok

We started seeing this more after moving to Windows 11.

One test that we did was to use Edge in IE Compatibility mode and that seems to be working. So we are wondering if there are any browser based setups or policy that we should look into
