PeopleTools 8.54 ENCRYPT_PASSWORD is not working

Hi, I am trying to install the PeopleTools 8.54 on SQLServer.

Tools Installation is complete. I am trying to update the password using datamover. I am receiving the below error.

PEOPLESOFT 8.54 ENCRYPT PASSWORD SQL fetch error VP1.

I am trying to update the password for VP1 as VP1/VP1 is not working.

Please help me.

I tried to update the password from DEMO environment and exported the VP1 data from DEMO and imported to new Environment, still I am not able to login into Data mover with VP1.
