How to restrict duplicate data in Oracle EBS via Oracle Forms (Statutory Information)

Hello Experts,

I want to restrict duplicate pay codes under Statutory Information in Oracle EBS via Oracle forms. Please see below navigation and screenshots for reference:

Global Super HRMS Manager > People > Enter and Maintain > Search Employee Name > Assignment > Statutory Information > Pay Code

For example, if the user tried to input a pay code and it is already existing, a message will appear and throw an error "Duplicate pay code".
