OIM schema password changed , cannot start weblogic

Hi

We copied the daatabase from dev instance to the test instance and the database password for oim schema was changed.But weblogic cannot be started

Caused by: oracle.security.jps.service.credstore.CredStoreException: JPS-01055: Could not create credential store instance. Reason oracle.security.jps.service.policystore.PolicyStoreException: Can not connect DB with URL [jdbc:oracle:thin:@/XXXX:1521/OIMTST]
at oracle.security.jps.internal.credstore.ldap.LdapCredentialStore.init(LdapCredentialStore.java:190)

With the oim schema password does any other related schema password needs to be changed.
