WebADI LOV Disappearing in Excel After Selection

I have a WebADI with multiple LOVs. However, only one LOV is behaving strangely. When I click on the field, the LOV pops up and displays the values. After selecting a value, it briefly appears in MS Excel but then disappears.

Has anyone encountered a similar issue? It was working correctly before.

I have attached screenshots and a BNE log for reference. Please let me know what might be causing this problem.

We are on R12.2.11
