Having PeopleSoft distribute a shared report so a group can make comments
Scenario…we have a Match Exception Report APX1090 that is distributed via email (Outlook 365) to both purchasing and payables employees daily. They would like the ability to have a common report available so they could communicate with comments on the report. My initial thought was someone uploading a copy of the report to a Microsoft Teams group or SharePoint site, but that is more than they want to deal with. The alternative would be for PeopleSoft to, somehow, send this to a Teams group/SharePoint site with an email notification back to purchasing and payables.
Has anyone addressed such an issue before?
