ACH Remit Advice sending separate emails instead of consolidated email

We recently applied Image 51 and have found that ACH remit advice emails are now sending out separate emails instead of a consolidate email.
In our organization, all ACH remit emails are sent to an internal email address and a supplier email address. The business prefers the consolidated email for clear visibility that the email was sent to the supplier and to which supplier email, and for efficiency in answering supplier questions regarding these emails.
This visibility and efficiency is lost now that the consolidated option is gone.

Is this a configuration option? And if so, what is the navigation to this configuration. If not configuration, will you please provide guidance on restoring consolidated email.
