Move Oracle 19c binaries to one location to another location

Hello,

We have EBS R12.2 instance in Oracle 19c in our test environment. Due to less space in /u01 FS, we plan to move 19c binary from /u01 to /home location where we have sufficient space. In order to do this, what are the steps we follow to recognize the new oracle home location in EBS instance. Please list out the high level steps or share your suggestions.
