1099 reporting for 2024 (Psoft Fin 9.2) - Legacy line related amt showing up in class 4 on NEC form

I'm testing 1099 processing for 2024.

I have a supplier setup as only class 1 for NEC form. all voucher activity occurred in class 1.

ran 1099 processes. entire amount is on NEC form class 1.

Then I decided to do a legacy line for $1000 (negative) for NEC class 1 and a second legacy line on MISC class 3 (I added setup on the supplier for MISC class 03 before doing the legacy lines). Moving $1000 from NEC to MISC class 03.

I then ran 1099 processes again. MISC form worked as expected. On the NEC form, I see the amount in class 1, decrease by $1000 as expected. but now I also have $1000 in class 4 (fed tax withheld).
