Goldengate extract lag

Oracle RAC 2 node - 19.23

Oracle GoldenGate for Big Data - Version 19.1.0.0.4

We have mining database cascaded from Physical standby database. (19.23)

and Golden gate Extract is showing always lag - Lag at Chkpt keep on increasing and even though Time Since Chkpt is 0 secs.

in the ggserr.log we see below errors -

2024-12-20T14:28:44.380-0500 WARNING OGG-15427 Oracle GoldenGate Capture for Oracle, xxx.prm: Redo transport experienced a lag of 30secs at thread 1.
2024-12-20T14:28:44.380-0500 WARNING OGG-15427 Oracle GoldenGate Capture for Oracle, xxx.prm: Redo transport experienced a lag of 30secs at thread 2.

How can we confirm it extract is using real-time redo logs ? we do have other extracts running on same hosts and no issues.
