nVision login issue in 3-tier mode when connected via zscaler

Hi All,

We are unable to login to nVision in 3-tier mode when connected via zscaler. we are able to connect to nVision in 3-tier mode when connected via GRAS.

The client is replacing GRAS with zscaler in a couple of weeks and we need to address this issue as soon as possible.

The zscaler does not connect to an ip address, but it connects to an FQDN of application server.

I have given the FQDN of application server under WSL section of application server configuration file.

The initial connection to WorkStation listener is taking the FQDN of application server machine and later connection to Work Station handler is taking the ip address of application server machine where we are getting the login issue.
