ASN with multiple F4216 records with the same pack SSCC for same order line

F4216 records with the same shpn, order, pack sscc and order line are not be pulled together when the F470371 is written. It only shows the information for the first record's upqt. For example a box of screws has a inner pack qty of 10 and the each qty is 5. The box contains 1 inner pack qty of 10 (2nd record ) in F4216 and 3 EA)(1st record) in F4216. The total upc qty should be 13 however it is only picking up the qty of 3. The pak id is 12345678 for both records in the F4216.
