Imported AOB AD Connector from another enviornment.While Trying to Provision User getting the following error

oracle.iam.request.exception.RequestServiceException: An error occurred in oracle.iam.provisioning.plugins.ProvisionAppInstancePlugin while creating request orchestration for provisioning application instance with key 81 to user with key 534851 and the cause of error is null.
