How does 1099 details populate on VCHR_LN_WTHD table?

Hello all,

We run the 1099 process in PeopleSoft-. This year, we integrated with third party for our OCR solutions, and we noticed recently that for certain number of vouchers, the data did not come over into VCHR_LINE_WTHD table.

 Instead of manually keying in values under the update voucher line withholding page, we would like to do SQL insert for the missing voucher lines.

 Question to the group:

1) Has anyone used SQL insert for VHCR_LINE_WTHD table?

2) How does the value in field Calc Basis in VCHR_LINE_WTHD table populates?
