Attention: To align with new corporate security policies, and to match policies adopted by other communities within Oracle, the My Oracle Support Community access requirements will change beginning September 18, 2025. MOSC will now require that member accounts in our community be associated to a *corporate* email address. Hi,

On R12.2.4

The test mails have MAIL_STAUS=UNAVAIL. And they are not received (sent to) at destination (TO_USER).

I read document 824854.1 but Cannot understand the reason why our test mail are UNAVAIL status? Is it because auto reply?How to disable autoreply ?
