Could you please confirm how can we download web logic instance 14.1.1 version for Peoplesoft server

We are using Weblogic 12.1.3.0 version for PeopleSoft servers currently.
As WebLogic 12.1.3.0 version is end of life, we are planning to upgrade it to WebLogic version 14.1.1.
Could you please help us downloading it.
