Getting conflict while applying OID FMW DBClient 36615359 with 29494060

oracle product : OID
version : 12.2.1.4 

conflict while applying OID FMW DBClient 19c 36615359 with 29494060 (its part of 12c).

as we are getting conflict we tried to rollaback 29494060 also but, its doesnt worked. due to some files are missed or corrupted. we tried to apply patch 29494060 again, its showing like all the subset of composite patch already installed on home. no need to apply this patch
