Attention: To align with new corporate security policies, and to match policies adopted by other communities within Oracle, the My Oracle Support Community access requirements will change beginning September 18, 2025. Highest Credit Balance that is on the Profile Tab in the Collections form and the High Credit Amount which is a data point in scoring models. thanks

The Highest Credit Balance is a Metric component.
