Browser Script not working in specific applet

Hello,

I have a view that have one applet and 2 toggle applets , i put browser script on the 2 toggle applets on the Applet Load (Same code on the 2 applets) , one of the applets the code invoked normally and but the other applet doesnt work , 2 have same class also no issue in genb also if i put any alert on the broken applet it doesnt come !

what the issue will be ? and how can i debug ?
