We have printed 1099M's but the Payor Address is blank.

We recently upgraded to 9.2 image 40. Our 1099 set up is accurate in that all Transmitter and Payer Information has been completed. We have printed our 1099N and 1099M forms. 1099M is missing the payer address on the printed form. 1099N printed fine.

Has anyone else experienced this?
