Not able to release VMI orders in CP

Hi,

When user trying to release VMI orders getting error.

Warning - User is not authorized to release for following row(s). Please select another row(s) with visible Replenishment Quantity and resubmit. ******************************************************************(OR)********************************************************** Error - You have entered a Replenishment Quantity that is less than zero or greater than the (Suggested Replenishment Quantity - Inprocess Quantity) for the following row(s).
