Mandatory Context Field on Web ADI Journal

I created a new context field under description segment General Ledger < Enter Journals: Lines.
I made this field a requirement and when processing a journal using the Journal form in Oracle, the field requires input.

However, when I created a new journal using web ADI, I was able to upload it without populating the "Line DFF" column on the template.

Is there a way I can make this mandatory on the Journal line, using web adi journal template?
