Hi,

I had recently joined new client and try to add CSI 'Request access to account' in New Portal.It always says Name and CSI do not match. I tried many times but not use and asked client.

My Client has added me into CSI. But I am still not seeing the CSI under in My Oracle Cloud support (New Portal). Its appearing in old poral

I tried raising SR using old portal, but they are not accepting SR saying this should be from new portal. However in new poral CSI is not visible for me.

My client has removed me and added again, but same issue.
