PeopleTools 8.54 Encrypt_Password is not working

Hi,

I am trying to install the People tools 8.54 (Application 9.1) on SQL Server.

SQL Server DB data is created from Sybase.

Tools Installation is complete. I am trying to update the password using data mover. I am receiving the below error.

PEOPLESOFT 8.54 ENCRYPT PASSWORD SQL fetch error VP1.

I am trying to update the password for VP1 as VP1/VP1 is notworking.

Please help me.

I tried to update the password from DEMO environment and exported the VP1 data from DEMO and imported to new Environment, still I am notable to login into Data mover with VP1.
