My system keeps sending expiry notification for ever for some users

OIM keep sending expiry notification for resigned users everyday even after 6 months of the resignation date and its for some of users not all the company , i have checked the end dates and expiry date for some samples and its correct , i have check the events happened for some samples and it seems correct but i want to understand and fix this issue

my oim version is

Oracle Identity Governance 12c (12.2.1.4.0)
