Inbound Notification Mailer Processing not processing message
Oracle Cloud EBS v12.2.11
One of our users have changed the font settings in their MS Outlook Application and when approving a requisition via the "Approve" button on the notification the reply message is generated and emailed but requisition is not approved.
Checked and found incoming emails in the MS Exchange but the requisition was not approved and no return email/notification was produced to notify user that requisition was not approved.
