Sales Order header status showing as booked eventhough we cancelled at header

Hi Folks,

We created Claim based RMA and realized user wrongly created this so user want to revert back changes so we left with cancel RMA at header level and I cancelled at header level as below screen shot

But order status showing as booked do I miss any step here like running workflow background process prior to run the Claims fetcher program?

I followed the reference of below note but not sure what exactly I miss here?
