Contact Information on Home Page in PeopleSoft 9.2

Hi Everyone,

We are currently in the process of upgrading from PeopleSoft 9.1 to 9.2, and we need some guidance on how to replicate a feature we have in our 9.1 environment.

In 9.1, we have a pagelet created with HTML as the source, which displays the contact information for the helpdesk on the home page for every user. This is a useful feature, and we'd like to achieve the same functionality in PeopleSoft 9.2.

Can anyone provide suggestions on the best approach to implement this in 9.2? Is there a new or improved way to do this, or should we continue using a similar HTML pagelet method? Any advice or best practices would be greatly appreciated!
