How to change a column name in UWQ form?

We are trying to change column names for the aging buckets in the UWQ. As an example, for the Delinquent Bill To, AGING_AMOUNT1, we were successful in a test instance by using:

CRM Administrator>Spreadtable>Metadata Administration>IEX_BILLTO_DLN_ALL_UWQ then scrolling down to the Column Alias AGING_AMOUNT1, clicking on display tab and changing the Label and activating the Display button.

In trying to replicate the process in another test instance, the work queue does not display the changes once submitted.

Is there possibly a profile or some other item that may be preventing the update?
