Exporting and Migrating EBS HR Database to Oracle 23 AI Docker Container

I have an Oracle instance running based on Oracle E-Business Suite 12.2.4 Demo Install Image. My goal is to export the HR database from EBS and migrate it to an Oracle 23 AI Docker container.

I’ve tried multiple solutions, but I either get .sql files with unclear table schemas and relationships or data.sql files that are poorly formatted and cause execution errors.
