Attention: To align with new corporate security policies, and to match policies adopted by other communities within Oracle, the My Oracle Support Community access requirements will change beginning September 18, 2025. MOSC will now require that member accounts in our community be associated to a *corporate* email address. This means that users with generic domains (such as gmail.com, yahoo.com, and others) will no longer be granted access to the discussion forums and ideas labs. If this policy affects you, act now to change the email address that is associated with your Oracle (and community) account. Core Workflow - EBS (MOSC)

Approver only receives Email approval notification. Worklist approval notification missing.

Hi,

We have noticed that some approvers receive a email notification but the worklist approval notification is missing on EBS 12.2 HR

This affects some approver users as some users don't have this issue.

This happens when users submit a Leave reversal which uses a custom worklow. Other workflows work as expected.

When checking the workflow, I found that the wokflow is active and is following all the approval hierarchy.

Approvers just do not have the notification on worklist and therefore cannot approve.

Please advise.
