Error message when start the custom workflow process on OIM

Hello

I've developed a custome workflow for Assign/Revoke roles, this custom WF was deployed on OIM test environment and during deployment I didn't get any issue, however when I request an assign role I got this RequestID 444116 but when I review on Track Requests module the requestID is "Request Failed" status and logs is showing the below error message:

Caused By: oracle.iam.platform.workflowservice.exception.IAMWorkflowException: Tasklist mapping failed for workflow definition: default/AccessRequestWorkflow!12.9 due to oracle.bpel.services.workflow.query.ejb.TaskQueryService_oz1ipg_HomeImpl_12214_WLStub cannot be cast to oracle.bpel.services.workflow.query.ejb.TaskQueryServiceRemoteHome
