Removing disconnected application from OIM

Can you please mention the steps to remove a disconnected application completely from OIM 12.2.1.4.x? There are various entities like - Resource Object, Process Definition, Application Instance, Forms, IT Resource, etc there that are tied to the disconnected application. Can you please state how this application can be completely decommissioned?

A correct way, an order in sequence, to delete all the objects tied to a disconnected application, as is they never existed before, is what we are looking at. If possible we should be able to use the same name to create the disconnected application again without any clash of existing object definitions, or having to provide a 1 at the end for the names. Use of design console, sysadmin console, identity console, and OIM database are permitted.
