Performance issues on PeopleSoft application on Azure VM and database on-premises(physical server)

Hello,

We are trying to move our application to Azure VM, and we notice some performance issues on the PeopleSoft Application.

PeopleTools 8.58.06

Oracle Database 19.26

Azure network connectivity : ExpressRoute

Azure VM configuration : 4 CPU ;16 GB RAM

We had performed network test, and nothing found on that side.

Also, we have performed connectivity test with the database using SQL developer and SQL plus, and they are in normal parameters.

The only issue that we can see is that the application in very slow (loading pages, running processes as SYSAUDIT is taken 5 minutes, or DDDAUDIT is taken 3 h to finish )
