Invoking Workforce_Sync from SQR?

Hi,

We have been using a custom SQR for inserting rows to PS_JOB for COLA, and realized that we need to invoke Workforce_Sync to synchronize employee data among HCM, ELM and FSCM. Is there a way to invoke Workforce_Sync from SQR, or any suggestions are appreciated!

PeopleSoft HCM 9.2.48
PeopleTools 8.60.10
