Is it possible to change the auto search match parameters and behavior while creating a new person?

Hi everyone,

In peoplesoft campus solution, I have a few questions about performing the auto search/match using the Add/update person page or through the component interface with "PERSONAL_DATA" component .

  1. Is it possible to replace the warning message with an error message? This would help prevent users from simply clicking "OK" without properly conducting a manual search/match.

2- If the new person I’m trying to add has a similar first and last name but a different NID, the search match still triggers a warning. Is it possible to suppress the warning if the NID does not match any existing NID?
