Internal Server Error - Cannot save OpenSearch Dashboards and Visualizations

I am specifically working with a PeopleSoft dashboard built/cloned off of the: EP_EX_SRCH_EMP_EXCP_KIB - Employee Exception Analytics search defintion, delivered dashboard. I cloned the connected query and changed the name, then I created a search definition based off the cloned connected query, mapped all the fields, and did the rest of the steps. Then I deployed the search definition and other related search objects, created a corresponding search category, scheduled the search index, verified the index is working, created the search index in OpenSearch, built a few visualizations, and then saved the dashboard. This worked fine in my development environment.
