Good day

We have workflow issues whereby one of the issues that is impacting system performance most specially the looping process on workflow  is caused by the  table ‘WF_ITEM_ATTRIBUTE_VALUES’ 

We have the POs and Req's errored and stag on our workflow, anyone who can assist on how to clear all the workflow with errors.

We tried purging (concurrent request) but nothing moves.

Tried following Note 1587923.1, 804622.1, 752383.1, 866535.1 but still no solution.
