BOM "as of" a past date

Is there a way to do a multi-level BOM inquiry as of a specified date in the past?
Currently we can check the multi level BOM, but when we do, it is the BOM as of that moment. We need to be able to see the BOM as it looked on a specific date in the past (date to be entered by the user when making the inquiry in Oracle).
Is it possible in EBS R12?
